We are a violation removal firm with many years of real estate experience. We work with our clients not for our clients, we handle our clients violations as our own, because we know you want someone to resolve your violation not just take on your violation. We resolve your violations by assisting with the certificate of correction paperwork and filing at the DOB & representation at ECB OATH hearings.
We know no one plans on getting a violation but when it does happen, you need someone you can trust.

We believe in transparency when it comes to our profession and we do this by communicating with our clients from consultation to resolution, and even after our work is done to make sure our clients complete satisfaction.
